Helping Families Navigate the Family Court System
Navigating Family Court is a UK-based platform for parents asking “how do I get access to my child?”
Furthermore, we help you understand the court process and improve co-parenting.
In fact, our licensed programmes focus entirely on the best interests of children.
Our mission is rooted in early intervention.
For example, we aim to reach families before a dispute escalates.
Consequently, this helps parents move beyond the question of “access” toward sustainable solutions.
For those in the legal process, however, we provide a safe space.
Additionally, our courses help you apply for a child arrangements order with confidence.
Most importantly, we support your wellbeing and mental health during this difficult time.
Our goal is simple. Ultimately, we want better-informed parents and better outcomes for children.

Helping Families Navigate the Family Court System
Navigating Family Court works with councils and organisations to deliver licensed programmes that help parents understand the family court process, improve co-parenting, and focus on the best interests of children.
Our mission is rooted in early intervention. We aim to reach families with support and Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR) options before a dispute escalates to the point where a parent has to ask “how do I get access to my child?” For those who must move forward with a legal application, our courses provide a safe and supportive space. We give parents the tools to apply for a child arrangements order confidently, while also supporting their wellbeing and mental health during what can be a very difficult time. By preparing families for the 2026 Child-Focused Court model, we help ensure they are ready for the new Child Impact Reports and investigative hearings.
Our goal is simple: better-informed parents, better court experiences, and better outcomes for children.

FREE STSP Pack [Child Transition Support Pack]
Children often cope better with change when their routines remain consistent. Our free routine planning guide helps parents write down key parts of their child’s daily life, including school routines, activities, bedtime, and transitions between homes. By keeping routines as similar as possible, parents can help reduce stress and make transitions easier for their child.
Originally designed with children with additional or special requirements in mind, this planner can be used by any parent who wants to help maintain a stable and supportive routine for their child.
